Meet Mahesh

Leading Bacardi through the next chapter in our story after seven generations is a great privilege and a big responsibility ‒ Mahesh calls it the ‘best job in the world’.

After two decades championing and growing the company across multiple continents, no one understands our global markets and operations more.

Throughout his time here, Mahesh has immersed himself in the Bacardi culture and defined what modern leadership should be like in our industry.

He came to the helm as Chief Executive Officer in September 2017, having most recently been Regional President in Europe.

Before that he excelled in leadership roles within Asia, Middle East & Africa (AMEA), working across UAE, India, Thailand, and Philippines, rising through the ranks to lead the region.

Mahesh works out of our global headquarters in Hamilton, Bermuda ‒ but you’re just as likely to find him sampling trending cocktails with customers and colleagues at top bars across the globe.
